Eric Roberts takes on Batman

Eric Roberts is one of my favourite 80s action heroes. Best of the Best is the only martial arts film that brought me close to tears. The guy rocks. Then add his menacing presence and sheer power-in-a-stare to the character of Thompson in HEROES and what do you have? A mob boss in the making.

MovieHole says:

Now, according to The L.A Daily News, Julia’s bro has joined the cast of the new “Bat” pic – “The Dark Knight”. The site says he’s playing some kind of Mafia Kingpin. If that’s the case, that’s a good gig he’s gone ahead and snagged for himself. Sure to help him leap back into the big leagues.

The man just has that presence that just speaks volumes to his confidence and power. It screams organized crime the second he stares you down until your pants wet themselves.

As if we needed MORE Batman news to make us want this film? Damn this is awesome.
