WIll Smith has been getting a lot of respect for the films he has chosen recently, he is on his second Oscar nomination and now his serious work is getting just as muck box office glory as the popcorn flick that he used to do. So why then, does he want to do a Bad Boys 3? The good people over at moviehole.net clarify that for us:

So Smith wants to do a Bad Boys 3? Well he may want to do it but I don’t want to see it. The last Bad Boys was a flop, how a movie with that many explosions could be that uninteresting is amazing. It may have been fun to be in but if Smith wants to do something more relaxing he should look elsewhere.
What about a Hitch 2? Or how about a new vehicle for Martin Lawrence and himself? They could find a good comedy/action script around town and have Michael Bay direct if Smith and Lawrence like working with him. I just see nothing interesting or original coming out of a third installment to Bad Boys.
