Abram working King on Dark Tower?

dark.jpgJJ Abram, very creative creator of Lost has always been a big lover of Stephen King, now it seems that he may get to work with King on The Dark Tower series. Our friends over at joblo.com give us more:

It should come as no surprise that King and Abrams are in talks to adapt THE DARK TOWER. It’s unclear if the project is headed towards the big-screen or small as it hasn’t ended up at either Paramount or Warner Bros. TV where Abrams has his production deals.

They are talking about what kind of vehicle will be right for The Dark Tower, might be a movie or a miniseries, they are not sure.

Whatever the case this is GREAT news. King has had a lot of crappy renditions of his novels and this particular series is one that should have someone talented and respectful working with King.

I am very exited about this one, whenever I hear more news, TMB readers will as well….
