Jill Wagner as Wonder Woman?

Jill-Wagner-Wonder-WomanThere have been a ton of Wonder Woman casting rumours over the past year, some of them good… some of them not so good. But none of them, and I mean NONE of them have got me as pumped about this one. Jill Wagner, who stared in the short lived “Blade” TV series on Spike has apparently actually MET wtih the producers. The good folks over at Moviehole give us this:

“I met with the guys over at Silver pictures about some things and Wonder Woman was one of them”, said Wagner, referring, of course, to meeting Producer Joel Silver at the Warner lot.

Jill is just plain old, flat out, mind blowing HOT. I can honestly say I’ve never watched a show JUST because I wanted to look at a beautiful woman for an hour… but the Blade TV show was just that. I watched it, so I could watch Jill. It didn’t hurt that she’s not a bad actress to boot.

I remember when I first heard about the Blade TV show. I thought “That’s a STUPID idea”. But then I watched the first 2 episodes and I changed my mind. The show was actually a decent idea and the concepts they had for it were actually interesting. The problems with that show started with casting yet another fucking NON-ACTOR (Sticky Fingaz) in a lead role… he sucked serious ass as Blade which litterally ruined the whole show. I’m not saying having a rapper as your lead actor was the ONLY problem with Blade, but there was just no coming back after that. Ever moment he was on screen it sucked the life out of the show (get it… a show about vampires and he SUCKED THE LIFE out of it? HAHA… oh shut up).

Jill Wagner however, was ALMOST enough to save it… but not quite. Sign her up as Wonder Woman, and hell… I’ll show up on opening night wearing some frigging stars and stripes tighty outfit.
