Aqua Teen Hunger Force Movie Synopsis and Release Date

I’ve been talking for some time about the rumours/actual facts surrounding the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie project. This is one of those few shows that SHOULD be turned into a movie… the only problem here is that this one should have been done about 3 years ago. Oh well… it should still be interesting to see nonetheless. I LOVE these little guys! (It’s the show that taught me I should NEVER own my own tanning bed. Points to you if you know why)

The good folks over at Movieweb have come up with a simple synopsis of the project:

Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis created the show and have written, produced and directed the film; Variety reports it centers on the origins of Hunger Force characters Meatwad, Frylock and Master Shake and an immortal piece of exercise equipment threatening the balance of galactic peace. Maiellaro and Willis will be voicing several parts each; several members of the TV cast will be reprising their roles including Bruce Campbell and Neil Peart.

The word is that the Aqua Tenn Hunger Force movie will get a limited release as early as March of this year. It’ll probably suck and be nothing but a shadow of it’s former greatness… but I still can’t wait to see it.
