Toronto Film Festival Website Is Live!

The website for the 2004 edition of the Toronto International Film Festival is now online here. The full film list will not appear until late August – they’re still screening and confirming pictures now – but you can sign up for up to the minute alerts and updates that will keep you as in the loop as anybody who doesn’t actually work for the festival can be. This is widely considered to be the number two film festival in the world – behind only Cannes – and we’re greatly looking forward to it around here. We’re still waiting to hear whether our application for press credentials has been approved or not, but either way you can expect us to send as much festival coverage as possible your way. What sort of coverage? Well, for starters be looking for an interview with Midnight Madness programmer Colin Geddes to appear here within the next couple days …
