Julia Ormond is a lovely actress, one we have seen far too little of in recent years, now though we will get to see in the new movie I Know Who Killed Me. Movieweb.com gives us this:
Julia Ormond will star in the indie drama, I Know Who Killed Me. She’ll co-star with Lindsay Lohan as the mother of a businesswoman who lets her daughter live an independent life. Variety adds she is horrified when her daughter is kidnapped, but more so when her daughter is found alive but insists she’s someone else. I Know Who Killed Me starts shooting late this month in Los Angeles and New York.
Ok so she is starring with the bad press queen Lindsay Lohan but still, the premise seems very interesting, it has potential to be a good movie.
I’m a bit shocked that Lindsay Lohan is still getting decent movies opportunities like this one, the only thing I can think of is that she must have been cast before all of her troubles this summer. I’m a big fan ofJulia Ormond, I can’t believe she isn’t cast in more films, for some reason has always reminded me of Juliette Binoche, she could be her little sister.
I’m glad to see Ormond working, and on something that might actually get seen, unlike her roles of recent years in completely forgettable movies like Smilla’s Sense of Snow. I hope this one is more memorable, because as an actress Julia Ormond certainly is.
