Back in March we announced the Underdog Movie was well on its way. What we didnt know is that its going to be live action, much like the Garfield Movies.
I got a peek at the new poster, so I thought I would repost it here.
As well as a picture of Underdog in action.
Now I dont really think the Underdog character is something that really justified a movie. But to make this a live action movie takes away the very little that I think Underdog had going for him. The animation style and cartoony character of Underdog is defined by his medium. Live action takes away the only thing Underdog had going for him. But then he is an Underdog. Guess they felt they had to stack the odds against him more.
Maybe his lack of importance is going to be the whole publicity push.
