Bubba Nosferatu and the Curse of the She-Vampires

Bubba-Elvis sequelI just loved Bubba Ho-Tep. To this day it is totally beyond me how an excellent film like Bubba Ho-Tep could NOT get a distributor to give it a wide release, and yet a crap fest like “Supercross” could. No intelligent life on this planet… let’s move on.

Fortunately, the world of DVD gives films a second chance at life, and Bubba got a big cult following that way (Man, the bonus feature on the DVD of Bruce Campbell doing the commentary track AS ELVIS was amazing!)… enough to so spawn a sequel!!!! And it shall be called: “Bubba Nosferatu and the Curse of the She-Vampires“. JOY!!!

Two great items of casting news. First of all Bruce Campbell is back at Elvis (could they really do it without him? And second… it looks like they’ve snagged Paul Giamatti to play Colonel Parker!! Can it get any better than this? I submit that it can NOT!!

Man, with the foul mood the Simpsons “trailer” put me in, this is just what I needed to hear. Suddenly it’s sunny outside and the birds are singing once again.
