I’ve mentioned the upcoming movie “300” a few times in the last couple of months. It’s based on the Frank Miller graphic novel of the same name… which by the way is just freaking amazing… I liked it more than Sin City. The movie itself comes out next summer.
Anyway, Michael sent me a link this morning to this video showing the workout routine and training all the actors (yes… even the extras) have had to endure in order to get them looking like warriors of Sparta. It’s INTENSE!!! I hope these guys got paid well… because holy crap I think I’d die on the first day.
