I’m in the minority here, but I actually like dthe Dr. Doom character from the first Fantastic Four movie. Yes, I’m not thrilled with how they developed him… but once he was finally in the mask I enjoyed watching him.
But it looks as if they’re going to do the right thing and just keep him in the mask for his whole part in the next Fantastic Four film. If he’s in the mask the whole time… why would you need to pay Julain McMahon to be there? Pull a Darth Vader, get another actor in the suit and just pay McMahon for a days work in a sound booth doing the voice of Doom. Sounds good to me.
Looks like they may get Chris Showerman (the dude whno took over Brendan Fraiser’s role in George of the Jungle 2) to play the man in the suit. (via)
