The new Fast Food Nation trailer is up and on the net. I’ve got to say this is a film I’ve really been looking forward to every since they announced it. Although I’ve got to say I never imagined this book becoming a film. Still… it’s here now.
Seeing Greg Kinnear in there always gets my interest (how this guy didn’t win an Oscar for his role in “As Good As It Gets” is still to this day totally beyond me).
I expect that within a few weeks of the films opening that the fast food industry will pool come resources and launch a massive counter ad campaign. If they were smart (and maybe they are) they’ll just stay quite and try to let this film just silently slip into the theaters and then silently slip out… avoiding bringing any more attention to it.
