This is a rumor. see it in the headline? Good. Now let me preface this conversation by saying that I think that the Klingons are among he most brutal, fierce, ugliest yet enjoyable alien races introduced by the Star Trek franchise. Yep, I said it. The idea that these guys might get the Abrams treatment in the sequel to the fun 2009 movie is more than enough to make a few beds wet.

That’s a super rumor for sure but one that comes from a respected Brazilian Star Trek site. I’ll chew some salt while I try to imagine what a Klingon will look like in Abrams’ world. I’m pretty sure I remember them looking human in the original series and that the forehead waves didn’t appear until TNG. Is Kirk gonna kick some Klingon ass? I wonder….
