Nicholas Cage Wants Ghost Rider 2

Ghost-Rider-2-CageYou know, despite the fact that it was a pretty awful movie, there was still some enjoyment factor with the first Ghost Rider movie. Some of the dialog was horrible, there was zero chemistry between Cage and Eva Mendes (one of the most beautiful women on the plantet) and the visual effects of Ghost Rider looked pretty bad (Except for his transformation effects which looked really solid), but still, I can’t put my finger on it but there was at least some “fun” in it. A bad movie… but I’d be up to seeing if they could improve upon it with a sequel.

Look like Nicholas Cage thinks so too. The Oscar winning actor recently said in an interview with ComingSoon:

“All they have to do is call, and I would love to see that happen. That would be fun”

Just because the star is into it doesn’t mean anyone else would be. Ghost Rider was pretty much universally hated by fans and critics alike. Movie made money… but I doubt there are profitable prospects for a sequel.
