Yes its true. The sweet and no-so innocent Jessica Simpson is to be featured in the movie adaptation to Marvel Comics little known Mort the Dead Teenager. The Waco Texas sex symbol who’s filmography only includes appearances in music videos, music awards ceremonies and a cameo in Master of Disguise will be taking on the role of the female lead (Mort is a guy). Jessica and her Husband are filming their own reality show “Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica” for MTV.
According to Superhero Hype Mort the Dead Teenager is a cult comic classic, from creator Larry Hama, is about a slacker teenager who is hit by a train and killed. After his death, he meets Teeth Death, who tells Mort that he must now haunt those that he knew in his life.
The film is being Produced primarily by Quentin Tarantino and Madonna’s Maverick Films. No release dates have been set and so far Mort has yet to be cast
