Ummmmm, it looks funny … I guess. I have never seen the original ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’, so I’m out the loop obviously. Just watching the trailer for face value, it seems like the comedy is going to get old really fast. By the end of the trailer, half the characters were annoying, and I didn’t want to see them on screen again. It felt like an old movie redone for a more modern audience. They should have just rebooted the franchise. It would allow the studio to capitalize on two generations versus just one. But, an upside to the film is that my crush is in the movie. Who might that be? Well, Lainie Kazan of course. I know, I know, I know, don’t judge me. She might be an older lady, but she just does it for me.
