The Accountant teaser first debuted in May, and immediately the similarities between this character and Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne, appeared to all of it’s viewers.
The new The Accountant trailer has arrived, as it features a anti-social, and perhaps traumatized Ben Affleck, who can’t help but to remind me of his dark superhero persona.

Ben Affleck actually looks more true to Bruce Wayne in this new trailer than he is depicted in the current DCEU ( DC Extended Universe ). The struggle to talk to people, to the anxiety over the dangerous people he’s around, is the classic Bruce Wayne I know and love.
While I love the DCEU ( despite their mishaps ), Ben Affleck here reminds me much more of Bruce Wayne than his character in Batman V. Superman and even the new Justice League trailer did. This movie looks like it is full of a Bruce Wayne type character as he struggles to talk to people but is also insanely talented with a potential deadly skill set.
Anna Kendrick also looks to be a vital role in this movie , I just hope her character isn’t too cliche as far as her being the girl who Ben Affleck in the end gives his life for. While the movie looks to give deep emotion and thrills, it seems as though the ending may be a hard part to swallow as I predict it may end quite roughly.
The bottom line is Ben Affleck looks magnificent in the new The Accountant trailer and may even warrant himself some more awards for his performance.
