Orchard Releasing Carrie Pilby Movie

Caren Lissner’s best-selling novel Carrie Pilby is getting a movie release through Orchard. Bel Powley play Pilby, a Harvard graduate at the age of 18, who is seeking the understanding to life’s sexual hypocrisies. Rounding out the cast in the film are Nathan Lane, Vanessa Bayer, Gabriel Byrne and Jason Ritter. The film will release theatrically on March 31, in New York and Los Angeles. The Digital and On Demand release is slated for April 4.
