A big question on everyone’s mind: will we see the return of Ellen Ripley, the franchise’s iconic badass? The trailer keeps that under wraps, but hey, anything’s possible in space, right?

The “Alien” franchise is a sci-fi horror staple. It all started in 1979 with Ridley Scott’s masterpiece, “Alien,” which introduced us to the xenomorph. You remember that terrifying, acid-blooded creature with a serious case of the chomps.
